Our Standards
As a Tarion registered builder, your new home is constructed with Ontario’s building code, free from defects in workmanship, materials, and major structural defects for up to seven years. We ensure your new home is built properly and will provide you with all the information on your new home warranty. Our team of experts will be with you to discuss your home design, interior selections, all the essential paperwork, including our project charter outlining the home in its entirety.

Pick from an incredibly vast selection of finishes for your new home. Let us know of any layout changes or upgrades you would like so that we can perfect your new home
Project Charter
With every custom home we build, we present you with the project charter. This outlines the scope, schedule, specifications, and allows all stakeholders to be aware of the state of the home in a detailed construction plan.
Change request form
In this stage, you will receive a change request form for any last-minute additions or ideas during the construction phase. This will efficiently ensure all stakeholders of any changes needed and we can accurately schedule ahead of time.
Construction
We Begin Our Magic
We prepare all materials and recruit the field’s top trades to ensure that the quality produced by our company is the forefront of the industry.
Your first visit
We invite you to visit your home after the framing and rough-in stage to have a look at the progress and suggest any new ideas before we begin the finishes. This meeting will be conducted by our project manager and site supervisor for as long as you’d like
Completion
Inspections
We rigorously inspect your home’s systems to ensure it meets and even exceed the city’s standard before we move to our next step.
Checklist
We go over your checklist and ensure everything is reviewed by our project manager and interior designer prior to the final walkthrough.
Pre-delivery inspection
Your personal customer service representative will walk through the home with you and identify and resolve the remaining deficiencies. Additionally, they will explain to you how the systems operate and how to maintain your new home according to Tarion.
